Tumut Valley Florist is managed by Merlissa Williamson, in a partnership with her parents, Kerrie and Joe Hurst. Merlissa is a third generation florist, meaning her mother and her grandmother were also florists. Indeed, Merlissa has a true passion for her chosen career, and after working in other jobs she believes being a florist is her true calling. She is fully trained in all aspects of floristry and has been working full-time in the florist industry for 15 years.

She has DIP & DOC from Interflora meaning Diploma in Interflora Procedure and Diploma of Construction of Interflora floral arrangements. Merlissa keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and designs by regularly attending Interflora seminars, exhibitions and reading florist industry magazine.

Tumut Valley Florist boutique is situated in the main street of Tumut. Our Floral services caters for all occassions; Weddings, New Babies, Birthdays, Love, Sympathy, Funerals, Functions, Just Because, Thank You etc.

The boutique floor is always filled with beautiful artificial floral arrangements and single artificial blooms as it is too hot here in mid summer to fill with fresh flowers. There are 3 cool rooms in which 2 are large display cool rooms, in use 24/7 filled with the most freshest flowers available shipped up from Melbourne 3 times a week.
